Family Constellations

Experience a gentle, insightful journey through your family dynamics from the comfort of home.

How Does an Online Family Constellations Session Work?

A private online Family Constellations session offers a safe, focused space to explore the family patterns, unconscious loyalties, and inherited roles that may be influencing your life today.

You do not need to have all the answers—or know your complete family history—to begin. We start with what is present for you now.

What Is Family Constellations?

What Happens During the Session?

1. We begin with your intention

We talk briefly about what has been weighing on you or repeating in your life.

You might bring:

  • A relationship pattern

  • Difficulty setting boundaries

  • The feeling that you must take care of everyone

  • Fear of resting or receiving support

  • A family conflict

  • A life choice that feels blocked

  • Grief, guilt, or emotional heaviness

  • A pattern you sense may be connected to your family history

You do not have to explain your entire life. We focus on the essential information needed for the constellation.

2. We look at the family context

I may ask about meaningful events in your family system, including:

  • Early or unexpected deaths

  • Miscarriages or pregnancy losses

  • Adoptions

  • Separations

  • Migration or displacement

  • Previous partners

  • Serious illnesses

  • Family secrets

  • People who were excluded, forgotten, or judged

  • Similar experiences that have repeated across generations

It is completely okay if you do not know every detail. Sometimes, recognizing that something is unknown or rarely discussed is meaningful in itself.

3. We create the constellation

Using the figurines and objects, I place representatives for you, family members, ancestors, or important elements connected to your intention.

Together, we observe what the representation reveals about belonging, distance, responsibility, exclusion, and unconscious loyalty.

I guide the process while allowing the constellation to unfold at a pace that feels respectful and manageable for you.

4. We acknowledge what comes to light

When an excluded person, hidden story, or unconscious loyalty becomes visible, we make space to acknowledge it with compassion.

Healing sentences, movements, or new positions may be introduced to support recognition and restore a more balanced relationship within the family system.

The goal is not to blame your family or reject your ancestors. It is to honor what belongs to them without continuing to carry or repeat it for them.

5. We close and integrate

Before ending, we take time to notice what has shifted, what feels clearer, and what may need space to settle.

You may leave with:

  • A new understanding of a repeating pattern

  • Greater compassion for yourself and your family

  • Awareness of a responsibility that was never yours

  • A different relationship with an ancestor or family story

  • A clearer sense of your boundaries and direction

  • More room to move toward your own destiny

Every constellation is different. You do not need to force an insight or feel a particular way for the session to be meaningful.

Do I Need to Prepare?

You do not need to create a complete family tree before your session.

If possible, reflect on:

  • The pattern or situation you want to explore

  • When you first remember experiencing it

  • Who else in your family lived through something similar

  • Important events, losses, separations, or secrets in the family

  • Anyone who may have been excluded or rarely spoken about

Bring whatever you know. Missing information will not prevent us from working together.

Choose a quiet, private space where you can speak freely and remain undisturbed. Keep water nearby and give yourself a little time after the session before returning to a busy schedule.

Ready to Explore Your Family System?

Your family story is part of you, but it does not have to decide every step that comes next.

A private online Family Constellations session can help you see the patterns beneath the surface, honor what came before you, and create more room for your own path.

Family Constellations is a systemic and experiential practice that looks beyond the individual and considers the family system she belongs to.

Within this work, an entanglement is understood as an unconscious loyalty to an ancestor. It may be connected to someone who was excluded, forgotten, judged, or involved in a family story that remained hidden or unacknowledged.

Out of a deep, childlike desire to belong, a later family member may unconsciously repeat an ancestor’s role, choices, struggles, or destiny.

A constellation helps bring these connections into awareness so that what was forgotten can be acknowledged, the ancestor can have a place in the family story, and you can begin moving toward the life that belongs to you.

Can Family Constellations Really Work Online?

Yes. Family Constellations does not depend on everyone being physically present in the same room.

Your session takes place privately through Google Meet. It is a live, one-to-one experience between you and me.

I use figurines, objects, visualizations, and healing phrases to create a visual representation of the family system and the issue you would like to explore.

The important part is not the physical location. It is the relationships, positions, movements, and information that become visible through the constellation.

What Might I Experience?

During a constellation, you may experience emotions, memories, physical sensations, new perspectives, or a quiet sense of recognition.

You may also feel that the session continues to settle afterward. Some insights become clear immediately, while others unfold more gently over time.

There is no correct reaction. Your experience is your own, and you are always encouraged to move at a pace that respects your body and emotional capacity.

What Happens After the Session?

After the session, allow yourself time to rest and integrate.

You may want to:

  • Drink water

  • Journal about what stood out

  • Notice dreams, memories, or changes in perspective

  • Avoid analyzing every detail immediately

  • Observe how you relate to the pattern over the following days

  • Take one small step toward the direction that feels more like your own

You do not need to make a dramatic decision after a constellation. Often, integration begins with a simple shift in awareness or a different response to a familiar situation.

Family Constellations and Chronic Pain

Living with chronic pain can affect your relationships, responsibilities, boundaries, and ability to rest or receive support.

Family Constellations offers a way to explore the emotional and family context surrounding your experience—especially the roles, beliefs, and loyalties that may influence how you move through life alongside pain.

This work can complement the medical, mental-health, spiritual, and practical care that already supports you.

Is This Session Right for You?

A private online constellation may feel supportive if:

  • You keep repeating a pattern you do not fully understand

  • You feel responsible for everyone in your family

  • You struggle to rest, receive help, or set boundaries

  • You sense that you are carrying a role or story that is not entirely yours

  • You want to honor your family without repeating its painful patterns

  • You are ready to explore what belonging—and living your own destiny—might mean for you

You do not have to remain loyal to your ancestors by repeating their struggles.

You can honor where you come from and still choose a different direction for your life.

The session felt deeply healing and insightful, even through the screen. I felt truly seen and supported.
